SoulCollage is an intuitive art process for self-discovery and community developed by Seena B. Frost after she attended a Human Capacities program led by author Jean Houston in 1987. Cassandra Matt, owner of Dreampath LLC, has been a SoulCollage facilitator for five years and her group meets two Thursdays a month.

Based upon the principle that each of us is a unique combination of many personality traits and life experiences that fluctuate throughout our lives, SoulCollage explores the creative and psycho-spiritual aspects of ourselves and our world using our imagination and intuition.  

Matt says, “We use five-by-eight-inch card stock and images from magazines to create our personal, creative image collages. By cutting background and smaller foreground images, we take them out of their original contexts to represent a specific energy. If you can cut with scissors and use a glue stick, you will find your creative spirit at play.”
