Licensed Acupuncturist and social entrepreneur, Pamela Howard, is observing three years of providing affordable acupuncture to Central Virginia with free classes each month on how acupuncture helps with chronic pain, acute pain, fertility, insomnia and inflammation.

Howard has provided more than 7,000 treatments to thousands of clients from all over Virginia. Hour-long treatments are priced on a sliding scale of $20 to $40, with no requirement for proof of income to be eligible. Appointments are required, but it is easy to book online.
