Courtney Paré, ND, recently opened a private practice, Natural Health Solutions of Virginia, at 2200 Pump Road, Suite 220, in the West End, to support patients on their personal healing journeys. Paré uses natural therapeutics, including homeopathy, herbal medicine and nutritional support, to stimulate the body to heal itself. She sees clients with a variety of health conditions, with a focus on stress, anxiety, depression, obsessive/compulsive disorder, digestive disorders, women’s health and pediatric mental health and behavioral concerns.

As a naturopathic doctor, Paré recognizes that everyone’s health concerns are very individualized, so she takes the time to get to know each patient as a whole person, learning what makes their health conditions unique. Her goal is to get to the root cause of patient concerns, rather than simply cover up symptoms.

Paré graduated with honors from the Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine in Tempe, Arizona, and is one of a handful of practitioners in the country that is both a naturopath and a homeopath.
