New Food Therapy Book by Local Author

Sarah Thacker, a yoga instructor at Glenmore Yoga and Wellness Center and Therapist at Richmond Creative Counseling, recently published a book, Wholistic Food Therapy: A Mindful Approach to Making Peace with Food. The expressive journal and workbook offers a practical, creative and mindful approach to working through emotions and stress related to food by using creative exploration to develop coping strategies for managing cravings.
Developing a healthy relationship with food takes time, effort, consistency and motivation, and the exercises are designed to guide the reader along a path to healing.
