Nature Walks Instill Mindfulness
Dina Joy
Dina Joy, the owner of the new local business Mindful & Intuitive Living, focuses her attention on helping women simplify their lives and cultivate more meaningful relationships by learning to mindfully listen to and trust their inner wisdom. She offers two programs, Mindful Self-C.A.R.E., where women learn how to be their own best friend instead of their own worst critic and Mindful Eco-Therapy at Pocahontas State Park where she is offering two free Mindful Walks in the Woods each month. Other Mindful Walks in the Woods are also available throughout the Richmond area, as well as private Mindful Mentoring programs and Mindful Eco-Therapy Retreats.
Joy holds a doctorate degree in natural health and a bachelor’s degree in education, is a certified mindfulness and meditation teacher, certified mindful eco-therapy guide and master transformational life coach. On April 18, Joy will be interviewed on TuneIn Radio’s show, Professional Round Table, where she will share more about her programs and about how to create a higher quality of life through Mindful and Intuitive Living.
