The transition to motherhood is a very special time in a woman’s life. As a certified birth doula, Newborn Care Specialist and mother of four, my goal is to make every woman feel safe, confident and supported, not only during labor and delivery, but in pregnancy as well. I do this by providing physical and emotional support for women and their families, including birth education and planning, massage, breathing and relaxation techniques, comfort measures and positioning during labor.
