IYCoR is a healing and training center; a safe space for learning the many aspects of yoga, both on and off the mat, with a mindful approach rooted in service. IYCoR offers classes for all levels with a staff of certified teachers as well as a 200-hour, six-month, weekly Integral Yoga Teacher Training program offered each fall.

Practicing yoga since 1968 and teaching since 1992, IYCoR Director Nora Vimala Pozzi, E-RYT500, is a certified Yoga Therapist specializing in mental/emotional/spiritual health, chronic illness and lifestyle changes with the purpose of finding one’s true meaning of life and inner peace.
