A yoga practice to increase awareness of and strengthen the female pelvic floor
This is an online class via Zoom with Sandy Axelson, RYT 500. Learn yoga poses and sequences to identify, relax and strengthen the pelvic floor as well as the muscles that support the area. Participants also will enjoy the benefits of a safe practice from the comfort of home via Zoom. Pre-registration is required in order to get the Zoom link.
