Virtual lunchtime meditation group.

We will meet every Thursday on Zoom from 12-12:45 for a guided meditation and an opportunity for group sharing. The themes will vary each week with a surprise facilitator from the IWC each session! Beginner to experienced practitioners are welcome.  There is no fee for this program but you must register to receive the Zoom link. Please see the registration confirmation email for the Zoom link (it may be in your spam folder).
