In this 4-part mindful eating series, using mindfulness as the framework, we'll inquire with kindness into our relationship with food and eating. You will discover tools to support being present with eating, identifying the eight hungers, exploring your satiety and hunger scale, practicing the basics of mindful eating, and discovering what truly nourishes your being.
