Healthfest Registration Terms and Conditions By registering for Healthfest ("Event"), you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your registration. 1. Registration Registration is free but required to attend. Registrations are non-transferable without prior written consent from the Event organizers. 2. Cancellation Policy If you are unable to attend, we ask that you notify us as soon as possible so we can offer your spot to another attendee. If the Event is postponed or canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, all registered participants will be notified promptly. 3. Code of Conduct Healthfest is committed to providing a positive experience for all attendees, exhibitors, and staff. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. Organizers reserve the right to remove any participant who violates this code of conduct. 4. Liability Waiver By attending Healthfest, you agree to participate at your own risk. The organizers, sponsors, and venue are not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property. Participants are encouraged to take necessary precautions to protect themselves and their belongings. 5. Photography and Media Release By attending Healthfest, you consent to being photographed or filmed during the Event. These images may be used for promotional purposes without compensation. If you prefer not to be photographed, please notify event staff upon arrival. 6. Health and Safety Participants are expected to follow all local health guidelines and protocols in place at the time of the Event. If you are feeling unwell or experiencing symptoms of illness, please refrain from attending. 7. Exhibitor and Sponsor Agreements Exhibitors and sponsors must adhere to booth guidelines and setup instructions provided by the organizers. The distribution of unauthorized promotional materials or engaging in aggressive sales tactics is strictly prohibited. 8. Force Majeure The organizers are not responsible for failure to fulfill obligations due to circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, public health emergencies, or government restrictions. 9. Privacy Policy Your contact details and personal information collected during registration will be used strictly for Event communication and will not be shared with third parties without your consent. 10. Agreement By completing your registration, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. Failure to adhere to these terms may result in removal from the Event.
