Om at Home Online Wellness Initiatives Expanding
Project Yoga Richmond is now offering online pay-what-you-can classes with their Om at Home initiative to provide virtual opportunities for the community to stay connected outwardly with one another and inwardly with themselves. Abbey Collins, Communications and Engagement Manager, says, “This new territory comes with increased technology costs, just as we experienced significant income reduction after closing our studio. When you pay what you can for your virtual class or become a Patreon subscriber, you support our Om at Home initiative and outreach programs during this disorienting season.”
Yoga outreach programs will continue virtually for middle school students and those struggling with addiction. Online yoga workshops are planned for the coming months.
Register for live, virtual classes at ProjectYogaRichmond.org/schedule or subscribe to a growing library of on-demand classes and offerings at Patreon.com/ProjectYogaRichmond.
